We applied to view a flat and got a very prompt response from NPP. George dealt with our application. He had great communication throughout the whole process and we managed to sign for the new apartment within a week. Very happy :)

I moved into my flat in mid September. I managed to view the flat and sign the documents very efficiently and we managed to secure the flat we wanted. On move in day, the flat was quite dirty and appeared to have had a very sub-standard clean prior to us moving in. We also had a few issues around the flat, including loose carpet on the stairs which is quite dangerous, and a kitchen tap that requires fixing. We raised all of these issues immediately after moving in, to which we received a response that NPP were looking into resolving them. However, we are now nearly 6 weeks since moving in and haven’t had any of the issues rectified. I’m also struggling to even get a response from the property manager, who hasn’t replied to my emails in nearly 4 weeks.Edited: apologies, it wasn’t 4 weeks. It was 02/10-23/10 (3 weeks) before I received a response on the issues.However, these issues have now been attended to, so thanks

A refreshingly proactive and helpful agency.As first time investment property buyers, we were sheep into a wolves den of developers, mortgage lenders, surveyors and solicitors. Lisa, the Sales Progression Manager at NPP saw us safely through the whole mortgage and completion process.She was extremely proactive and gave us accurate information in advance so we knew what we needed to do at each stage of the process. When we had to deal with delays from solicitors, Lisa personally helped to call, email and press for responses - both on our side and on the seller's side.I remember a time when real estate agents' involvement ended at the point you agreed a purchase price - they'd take their commission and disappear. I'm really glad that agents like NPP recognise that most buyers are not experts and need lots of help.If every person in real estate was like Lisa, it would be an efficient and pleasant industry and not suffer the bad rep that it does!Shoutout also to Yasmin, the Lettings Office Manager who helped to proactively sort out our snagging inspection and furnishing.

My experience with NPP was a long one! Although this was no fault of the agents. Fraser and Lisa did all they could to speed up the process of buying my property. They was very helpful and understanding of my circumstances during a difficult time in my life. They were always quick to answer my emails and phone calls.

As a first-time landlord, I've faced challenges with several agencies, particularly regarding issues of integrity. It was a tough decision to select an agency from the few I considered.
