Disgusting company I went with supported housing with them years ago. I complained to mind bout their tenants who was smoking cannabis & setting off fire drills deliberately Everyday. They didn't wanna hear it. Didn't do anything bout it had to leave because of that. Mind are really awful!

The helpline call I had was pretty bad. Trying to get to the help line, they didn't even help. They just said, have you gone for a walk? You need to talk to your doctors well. I Ve tried all that type of stuff. Were not interested at all. You meant to be helping people yet all you did was just say. Have you done this? Have you done that? It was like a checklist. It's not good enough that these people are paid not care

Excellent cause and lovely staff, very friendly and welcoming. Only wish is if it had its own parking facilities, as it costs £5.00 a day to park in the temple opposite and their are limited spaces if you don't arrive early in the morning.

Disappointed with this charity. Did a fundraiser for them and requested speakers. The speakers from the charity cancelled a day before the event. Unprofessional, did the event without their support and then contacted them with the amount we raised and provided them with a contact on how to collect the money. They then communicated if they didn't get the money asap it would lead to us taking further action". Generally impatient and rude
