Zara Ali was extremely professional and went out of the way to make sure all bases were covered before filing our case. AH we got a positive response and are so grateful to Hattin Solicitors and Zara Ali for all his hard work and eye for detail. Avoid at all costs, the worst place to seek legal advice or asking for help.Only interested about your money. Charged me £1000 to help write a financial statement for my divorce which I have done on an excel sheet by myself.Zahra who was appointed for this , was rude, hoffing and puffing from start, made me feel very uncomfortable. She even started complaining that she need to go because we have only 45 minutes to closing their office and this behaviour started after I was asked to go to the bank and transfer the money otherwise no one will speak to me.She even forgot to put down crucial information because she was listening only to herself voice all the time. She won’t even look at you in the eyes.Very dismissive all the way through.I believe she is a Muslin and we are in the month of Ramadan but all she was concerned about is the bank holiday because it Easter .I should have kept my £1000 in my bank account cos I went to a different solicitor and was given the same advice and showed me how to fill in the paperwork for £60 .This solicitor is a rip off and rude . I recommend Andrew Lau in streatham you will get 5 stars service who will be available to you at anytime . He will take your call even after office hours.Hattin will block your number one they are done with you . Shame on you Zahra the ombudsman needs to be contacted.

Well I dont even know where to start, it was a complete joke from the begging.Me and my husband had a commercial litigation regarding a leak we had for more than 8 months as well as the insurance break down that the landloard had to provide, as per contract as well, and he never did dispite, several requests to do so.Nevertheless, we decided to seek professional help (if we want to call it so lol).We provided all the evidence about the leak and insurance payment and, these solocitors before giving them the money, stated that they were able to help us and if the hours were going to pile up they were going to ask the landloard to pay it.However, they charged me £750 for sending 4 letters and a couple of telephone call without any result.Once I asked for a meeting because my solicitor just dissapered she even forgot we had a meeting, went home without even give me a call resulting in me, waiting for her at the office without even an apology.At the end, we resolved the problems ourselves with the landloard and we had to pay for a highly unprofessional service.I WOULD RECCOMEND THIS SOLICITORS NOT EVEN TO MY WORST ENEMY.What they do is just making sure that people pay the deposit to start handeling your case with fake promises and then charge you £150 per hour for a couple of letters and telephone calls...OMG Hope I would never come accross to people like them in my life ever again

We appointed Hattin Solicitors to assist my wife obtain her visa to reside in the UK. They are very knowledgeable of the Home Office's requirements and processes. They provided us with clear instructions with the documentation required for our application. Our application was delayed due to the pandemic however, we were approved with our initial submission with no need for any appeals. I highly recommend Hattin Solicitors!

I am a professional person and very confident in criminal and civil law.I am a Claimant in a High Court matter and the Defendant is sadly represented by Zarah Ali.In the past three weeks of being instructed by the other side, she has provided false and misleading information to myself and the Court.Withheld evidence.Used my personal data, without my permission, after I have repeatedly told her to stop and after I blocked her number!She breach confidentiality by stating to me that her Client’s case is too “tricky”!She has attempted to defame me and I have found her conduct to resemble a petulant child, as her accusations have become fanciful, perplexing and weird.This is very worrying for anyone instructing her as she lacks integrity and trust.She has already failed to adhere to her Rules of Conduct and Principles as a Solicitor regulated by the SRA.I am glad that I am not represented by her.Be careful!!
