As mentioned by many others, our experience of Smart Sweep was very positive. Nic was extremely pleasant, very professional and courteous. Fortunately for us, he happened to have some availability quite quickly and he arrived as planned. Whilst the very nature of chimney sweeping is a 'messy' task, Nic made great effort to minimise the dust and mess, by putting down clean sheeting. Before he arrived we made him aware of a possible nest in one of our chimeny's. Initially it looked like we were going to be lucky, but in the end it was a little more difficult to clear. Nic was fair when it came to pricing to remove this, for which we are grateful for. Also, one of our other chimney's stacks turned out to have quite an unusual shape to it, which made sweeping quite difficult. Despite giving it a good clean we were finding a bit of airborne dust and smell coming in the room after sweeping. We reported it to Nic and he couldn't have been more professional and helpful. He agreed to pop back and give it another once over, and for our complete peace of mind he even put his camera up the stack so we could all be sure that it was fully clear. This proved to be well worth it and the issue seems to be solved. Overall, very good service, very professional and I would highly recommend him. Thank you Nic.

Nic,came round today as arranged to sweep our log burner flue. He was very polite and professional. Extremely tidy. He fully explained the process to my wife and made her feel at ease. At the end of the job we were given all the paperwork. He has set us up on the system for next year so we needed worry about forgetting. Highly recommended.

Nice provided an excellent service. Arrived on time, answered any questions we had, and let us know exactly what we would need to do next. You can't put a price on fire safety, but nic's service was great value for money, and we can now use our wood burner, with peace of mind knowing it was serviced by a knowledgeable chap.
