Having had difficulties with the draining of water from our toilet, I called Emergencyman for help. Mark arrived exactly on time and worked tirelessly on the task in hand. He was polite, professional and more than keen to explain his work so I understood what he was doing. having resolved the issue, I would wholeheartedly recommend this service to others. Called Mark this morning to fix water leak under the kitchen floor. He was able to come out the same morning. It was very difficult to get at and it needed him to crawl under the floor boards to get to it. It also needed a lesser-used part but he carried a spare in his well-stocked van anyway. Despite that he was able to fix it quickly. I was really pleased he was able to respond so quickly. I was also really pleased with the friendly, effective and professional service I received. After having a blockage in my toilet for nearly a week with seven workmen (from other companies) attending without resolving the issue, Mark came on the same day I phoned and within an hour identified and resolved the issue. Highly recommend and would definitely use again.

Contacted as I needed someone liscenced to work on an unvented cylinder. Mark was extremely helpful & courteous and the fault was sorted out quickly. He has provided all correct paperwork and certification. Would happily use again.

Thank you Emergencyman Plumber for coming out on a Sunday to help us urgently sort out a blocked bath and kitchen pipes in a flat. Julie was very clear on the phone on what we should expect, how much it will cost and confirmed with us several times to check we understood everything. She also made sure Mark the plumber called us back to confirm details of the issue. Mark then came round within 30mins and sorted the problem out quickly and without any fuss. Mark was very friendly, kind, professional and very respectful of the property. Without Mark and Julie, we won't be able to use the bath or kitchen for the whole weekend! I called Mark at 9am and he was here within the hour. Problem diagnosed and fixed before 10:30. It's obviously not the cheapest service because he's an emergency plumber, but when you have water pouring out from the ceiling it's absolutely necessary. And we would 100% recommend him and will most definitely be using his services again.
