Morfield are exactly what you hope for from installers - they're friendly, helpful, flexible and when things went wrong (with the equipment, not their work) they made sure we weren't stranded.My wife and I wanted a very specific setup involving a water cylinder, Morfield were happy to install, and all was fine until a very small leak was discovered (from the manufacturing process). They immediately pointed this out, explained the next steps, reconnected our existing equipment to ensure we weren't without hot water, and liaised with the equipment manufacturer to get things working again. A lot of companies will be fine when things are going right but Morfields support when problems arose outside of their control sets them apart.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for a second.

I needed a boiler repair right away and they came out same day and did that repair. Two very nice, polite young men would recommend to anyone.

I couldn't recommend enough! Brilliant work and a lovely team! Fitted a brand new central heating system and disabled toilet for my new salon. Helped me throughout all the planning and and dealt with last minute changes I had to make. I wouldn't use anyone else.

After being repeatedly let down by my original installers I decided to have a scout around for someone closer to home to do the annual boiler service and also assess a fault on one of the valves. So glad that I did, James from Morfield Heating was quick to respond to my intial enquiry, gave me an planned day and then confirmed again the day before. Very professional and friendly throughout the service. Also gave me a few tips on how to reduce energy consumption and was really good explaining how to optimise some of my systems functionality. Sadly never had that insight from the original installers. Because of this I won't be looking elsewhere in future and would wholly recommend them to any of my family and friends.

We couldn't have asked for anymore. Our house was back to floorboards and brick and James and Lee fitted a whole new gas, heating and plumbing system. Morfield are professional, tidy, hard working but most of all reliable. Couldn't have asked for better plumbers and will be having them back for the next project! Thank you so much for all your hard work, it was a big job!

Excellent service in every respect from James and Lee - they replaced our old tired boiler with a new combi and the quality of their workmanship was top class - they were very thorough and professional in everything they did and they completed the whole process in two days - they cleared everything up before they left and emphasised that they are on hand, should we have any questions in the future - we would recommend them unreservedly.

Great job, the lads worked hard all day and made sure everything was working as it should be, there was a small issue the following day this was put right promptly by the engineer Jay. I would definitely recommend Morfield Heating and gas services.
