Excellent service from Moore’s plumbing and heating from start to finish when installing a combi boiler to replace a back boiler in our 250 year old home. It was a challenging task but completed on time to our complete satisfaction.

Ryan installed rads around the house and ran new pipework for us. He doesn't mess about, in one day he fully installed everything and then fiddled around for an extra hour to fit the thermostat which had a wiring problem. Most people would of said they will come back another day but he carried on no problem at all and got the job sorted.He's a good lad, very willing and polite but really knows his stuff, I had him back to fit our dishwasher, again super efficient. If you're in need of good workmanship at fair prices then I would recommend Ryan without any hesitation.

We called on Ryan when our boiler packed up and he quickly identified that our boiler was under warranty and arranged on our behalf for it to be repaired. He was professional, friendly and punctual. Would highly recommend.

Ryan installed a new bathroom and we are thrilled. The work was done to high specification and on time, and at a reasonable price. He sorted out an unexpected problem with our joists, all work was completed on time and the finished result is excellent.

Ryan is an extremely knowledgable and experienced heating engineer who fitted a new boiler for me. He went to the trouble of explaining all the details of the boiler and all the features. The installation was very neat and the site was left clean and tidy. He also handled all the warranty aspects of the boiler. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Moores plumbing.

Couldn’t speak highly enough about the excellent service we’ve had from Ryan, he fitted in an urgent repair on our holiday cottage boiler, popped in to top up pressure when needed and has now installed a brand new boiler. 100% trustworthy, professional and goes the extra mile. I won’t use anyone else now.

We used Ryan for a bath/shower conversion after considering a few plumbers in the area. Ryan was very helpful in the detailing of the work and came in at a decent price. The workmanship is excellent and he was flexible with our required timings. A very personable chap, dealing with a sometimes difficult client, we are happy to recommend him to others and would use him again in the future. Well done Ryan!
