Very happy with my purchase. Great quality, looks fantastic and price is fair. The communication for delivery was exceptional. Fast, efficient and extremely helpful. I would recommend anyone to use National Office Furniture Supplies, you won’t be disappointed.

The desk and pedestal that I ordered were very good quality and easy to assemble. The only comment I would make is that whilst I got an invoice when I ordered, the delivery details was a phone call only, 10 days before delivery. I would have preferred an email confirming delivery. But I would order from the company again as the furniture is good quality.

Both excellent service and products ⭐ Having looked online for weeks for our new office furniture we came across National Office Furniture Supplies, they had just what we were looking for. We were ordering a large amount of desks and units and I was slightly worried of what quality they would be as I was ordering online. As it happened, I had absolutely nothing to worry about, the desks were sturdy and excellent quality, my order arrived exactly on time on numerous pallets and were so simple to put together. We even made it into a team/desk building exercise for us girls in the office, we had a fun day and are all enjoying our lovely new desks. We have had lots of positive comments from all of our customers.

With the growing realisation that I’m never going back to a proper office, I decided to renovate my own home office room and looked for a supplier for a new desk and some cabinets. I came across NOFS in that search and felt that the products offered were exactly what I needed. Great price and colour / design options. I placed my order and received excellent communications throughout and a couple of calls to arrange (and then bring forward) my delivery. Having built and installed the desk, etc…, I cannot fault the quality of the product. It looks great and is very robust - this is not made of flimsy materials. The desk top and cabinets and made from thick chipboard, covered in a good quality laminate and is exactly the type I used to work at when I was in an office (remember those days?…). The fact that this was a single order didn’t impact the ordering process or delivery at all. The assembly instructions and the bits (hinges, etc…) were all of an equally high quality. This product will certainly serve me for as many years as I need it and all for a very reasonable price. I’m very pleased and have a clean, comfortable and functional space to work from.

Easy to order. Phone call to confirm delivery date. Delivery man very helpful. All complete within a week.Product exactly as described and good quality. As with all flatpack furniture, instructions for assembly in diagram form only and would benefit from some additional description

We are really disappointed and dissatisfied with the reception desk we have received. In the photo , description and the price tag shows high quality . After checking the items it shows scratches on the metal part , We definitely need to get different one as this reception desk is very basic both metal and wood quality finish ! SE96SF

Can’t rate this company high enough. Easy to find the items that you want, all the details sizes and ordering is so easy via website. Ordered desk and chair, paid for next day delivery, received call within 2 hours of placing order to confirm delivery next day. All arrived as promised, in excellent condition. If any criticism it is on the instructions supplied on the chair as these were not clear at all but that’s the fault of the manufacturer not the company I used to purchase from. What may have been good would have been some videos on how to build items on National Office Furniture website to help those like me that were slightly confused with the diagrams on the accompanying guide! Spoke to customer service once and they were very friendly and helpful. First class service from outset definitely recommend them if you want quality office equipment for home or office.

Great communication throughout process. Delivery slot was 2 hours and delivered within the time slot. Driver helped bring heavy packages in for me and couldn't be more helpful. Good quality furniture which was easy to put together (even for me). Looks great too.

Don’t normally do reviews unless they are really bad or in this case exceed my expectations. I had a bad experience with another company before I placed the order with NOS and I can honestly say the service has been nothing short of perfect. They are personable , efficient , prompt in responses, reliable and I can’t rate them enough. The desk I ordered is superb quality ( the managers straight desk) and I am chuffed to bits with it, very easy to assemble. All staff are friendly and helpful kept me informed from start to finish and even the driver who drove all the way from ringwood to the midlands was not a minute late! On his ETA, you just don’t get service like this anymore. Long may it continue!! Will definitely recommend and will be using again in the future. Good to know are are still some decent business out there. Well done National office supplies !!
