Went to this place for eyebrows 10 minutes before closing. They were still open, had 0 customers in there, yet turned me away.Horrible customer service...ended up going to Sai Beauty up the road where I was able to get the service I wanted.

I went after seeing good reviews, I thought I would visit. I had a lovely wax, the room was very clean and not as painful. The staff member was lovely, I will be going again.

First experience coming here, had a pedicure, manicure and eyebrow wax. The two ladies who serviced me were very nice and accommodating to me and my baby. The variety and price list is reasonable. I think I've found a nice little gem nearby. I also liked the calm environment.

Absolutely brilliant service every time I visit this place for a pedicure. The staff are excellent and their treatments are expertly carried out. Reasonable prices too, and a lovely calm atmosphere inside. Highly recommend booking!

I have been having my shellac pedicure, manicure, waxing, eyebrow shape and tint for several years.The staff are very friendly and nothing is not too much trouble.It has a very relaxing atmosphere and spotlessly clean.I would highly recommend Essential Beauty.

Best manicure & paint I've had in ages. It wasn't rushed and my nails were carefully and precisely looked after. The non gel paint is now just showing signs of wear and that's after a week, normally I have to repaint after a couple of days x

Fabulous establishment. Very professional and very clean. It's now a regular stop of mine when visiting London. Very friendly staff and really great service. If your do intend to visit make sure to make an appointment as they tend to have a full calendar and will turn away walkin rather than rush through appointments, respect ladies keep doing the great work you do. See you next time
