Beechgrove Guest House
This is the second and third time we have stayed at this lovely B & B. The hosts were very welcoming, rooms were very comfortable and spotlessly clean, nothing was too much trouble. We intend to stay here again next year.

Amazing place to stay!! This B and B is so nice. The couple who own the place are fantastic! They honestly helped whenever they could and made us feel very welcome and at home. The place is very close to Perth and is ideal for exploring around the city. Perth was a very lovely city to walk around, and eat. Again if it wasn't for the owners of Beechgrove we wouldn't have known where to eat, they're list of restaurants was like a bible. Honestly this place is well worth the stay, very nice and the highlight of my holiday

Home hotel in a very very good way! Very charming and welcoming couple who are running this place! Super clean and historically beautiful rooms with peaceful surrounding (garden near the house gives romantic 19th century" feeling)! The best guest house in my Scotland trip!"

A great place to stay - The room was very comfortable,spacious & clean. The shower was good and the bed was extremely comfortable. Lovely views, easy to park and the breakfast was exceptionally tasty. So conveniently located and an easy walk into town across the bridge. The proprietors, Anne & David, are friendly and helpful and made me feel very welcome.
