A painful shoulder that I’ve had for seven years following a fall, finally sorted with just six sessions of physio with Mohana. Friendly reassuring treatment and advice (no heavy lifting!) and the prognosis is good. I can genuinely recommend Mohanaand the clinic. My (temporary) nemesis featured below!

Had a serious sciatica type pain and was barely able to walk. After a thorough assessment and 1 more visit, Mohana ( who has the warmest hands) was able to release the tension in my back, reduce the pain and increase my flexibility, enabling me to return to work for an important installation of a machine in Italy in a few days. Had a great experience at Relive physio, Raj was fantastic and I noticed a difference in pain in my shoulder blade after 1 session. You always receive a personal welcome and they are very attentive. Only thing to note is that timings are a bit off, so most of my appointments were late (sometimes by up to 30mins) which would impact you if you have paid for parking for a set time. But would still highly recommend them - thank you!

Came as a recommendation from my running partner when one of our runs was cut short so to an Achilles injury.From the off they have been fantastic, explaining treatment method and what to do exercise wise while at home.My treatment is still ongoing but the improvement over the last 2 months has allowed me to start back running.Very much recommend the team

A truly wonderful experience, the owner Raj and his amazing team have been so helpful to me in my sessions at Relive.I suffer from Vertigo (BPPV) and contacted Relive to help with vestibular rehabilitation exercises to try to help with my Vertigo. I have found the treatments helpful and have reduced my symptoms which is amazing.Lucy provides an extremely warm and welcoming atmosphere at reception and she is always ready with a smile to put you at ease while you wait for your appointed session.Nothing is ever too much trouble and you are never kept waiting, the service is over and above anything I've ever received in any business. Raj and his team are a credit to their professions and the quality of their service as well as their knowledge, in my opinion makes Relive the best in Chester, if not the whole of the North West. Sneha has been seeing me for quite a few sessions and has fixed my impingement problems. She is very knowledgeable and delivers treatment with great good humour. I always looked forward to our sessions, despite the pain, ha, ha ( no gain without pain) Her after treatment advice is also first class.I would definitely recommend Relive Physotherapy to anyone. I have just finished a course of treatment with Raj at Relive. I had a variety of musculoskeletal-issues that had developed over time.
