I'm regular at this post office as I go get my dads money out for him as he can't get out. Today it's a guy behind the desk he says it's his shop his customer service skills are poor I give him my identification to prove who I am and because im not my dad he wouldn't serve me witch is ok.its just the way he does it I said ring your mum as she always surves me. He said I'm not my mum my shop my rouls I would of been OK it was the way he spoke to me I will be reporting him

Its a post office within a shop. It's clean and the staff provide a very friendly service.

The owner of the shop likes to make up rules on the spot to cause arguments with people who only use the shop for the post office. He gives dirty looks, talks down to people and overall is just not suited to own the shop.Edit: forgot to mention they don't run the fridges cold enough so 80% of what's in them is sour

The only time I have used this post office & definitely the last time.I posted 9 valuable parcels 1st class signed for on the 13th of April. Today being the 24th of April and 3 of the parcels have not reached their destination.I have very strong suspicion that the parcels were never given to the pick up driver.Strongly advise any customer to stop using this post office to post valuable items.
