Nicola is absolutely amazing, she really knows her stuff and will go that extra mile to help in anyway she can. Super relaxing atmosphere, with a fantastic massage. I highly recommend reflexology. I would never go anywhere else!! Can't wait for my next session!

Nicola is absolutely amazing, very knowledgeable and offers tailored treatments to suit anyone. My favourite is a 15 minute infrared sauna followed by an hour massage (which she will also tailor based on your needs, including aromatherapy oils etc). Highly recommend!

You're in good hands with Nicola! I went for a sauna and 1 hour full body massage. She removed knots I didn't even know I had. I walked away feeling brand new and very relaxed. Nicola takes care to tailor the experience to you and is very knowledgeable and easy to get on with.Thank you for a great experience :)

This is one of the best massage therapy I've ever had Nicola is very efficient on her craft every time you go its like a different experience of relaxation so I recommend this to anyone who has stress or just achy joints so its a full 5 stars

Nicola has been so accommodating, booking me in at such short notice without hesitation. I'm always greeted with a smile and I continue to leave treatments looking forwards to the next for when we can have a good chat and catch up. Nicola offers a variety of different treatments within a calm and safe space. She's thorough and always gives good recommendations. Always feel I'm in safe hands with Nicola.
