Really amazing service. Malachi helped me find a perfect tree(5ft) for our flat. The tree looks gorgeous and I couldn't recommend their trees enough! Will definitely be back next year.

Delivery window is anytime from 2 - 10pm and you receive zero updates about it, so it requires you be home for that entire window. We had to cancel things to work from home and set the night aside to decorate it and NO tree arrived or attempted delivery was made, I did not get any update on an attempt / failure to deliver and now don't have a day this week to receive the tree.Updating this after owner has responded below: Spent 30 min on hold and never got a hold of customer service and sent two emails to email below. We ended up walking there and carrying the tree across town ourselves and have not relieved any info on delivery / costs refund.
