Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Team Valley

WORST SERVICE EVER !!! been waitijng now for over 30 hours for a courtesy car while mine is being repaired .. having every excuse and bs story as to why i havent received a courtesy car yet ... the best one being we have lost the keys to the vehicle you were meant to receive this morning , which i got a phone cal lat 1.00pm to tell me that ... if their was a minus 5 option it would of been pressed for sure!!

seventh year with them , but disappointed this time that the overall charge was not given until I returned the vehicle. As I am working with a youth group we need to budget carefully. The extra £80 charged came as a surprise.

The service is good but just be very wary of their hidden costs. I got stung for a fuel surcharge ! The fuel gauge was just under half full when I collected the van so I returned it at just under half full. Then I was told it was 2.4 litres less than when I collected it. I offered to go and put some diesel in but the girl behind the counter said not to worry she would waive the fuel charge.Then later on I get their invoice and I’ve been charged for the fuel (at £2.09 per litre which isF 15% more than the current pump price of £1.80) plus they’ve. added a Fuel Admin Fee of £11,00 !!I’m sure this is buried away in the extensive small print but seems really really petty to me !So you have been warned !Edit: Since I wrote this review I have phoned Enterprise (and they have also reached out to me via this page).They have agreed to waive the charges which is good customer service.I have upped this review from 2 stars to 4 stars since they’ve waived the charges but I still feel the original charge was unnecessary, petty and a bit unfair - I only had a fuel gauge by which to measure how much diesel was left in the tank and they have a telematics system.Enterprise management please take note !

I'll never use this case rental company again.They overcharged me in July 2018, I complained about 6 times, they never refunded me.What happened that I booked a car for two days. They gave me the car 20 minutes later, but when I drove it back 10 minutes later they charged me for the extra time including one more day of insurance despite I didn't even have the car for the full 48 hours.Sorry Enterprise, but no refund no more rental from you. See you NEVER.YOU STOLE FROM ME. YOUR WHITE COLLAR CRIMINALS. YOU MISUSED MY CREDIT CARD NOT REFUNDING THE FULL DEPOSIT.IF YOU EVER WANT ME BACK, I DEMAND 2 DAYS OF FREE RENTAL OF A PREMIUM VEHICLE.NO OTHER SOLUTION IS ENOUGH AFTER 4 YEARS.

Despite me informing them via phone when I made the booking that I now lived at a new address they still sent the driver (to pick me up ) to my old address. This made my actual collection time of the van a bit delayed. I feel as if they were understaffed as when I tried calling the Team Valley, a few times it just rang and rang.I must say though apart from that the service from the Team Valley branch was excellent & very friendly. Special mention to Sean who despite being very busy always had a smile & time for a chat when I was on the premises.

Absolutely useless service.Hired a car for 12 pm yesterday and when I arrived to fetch it there was no car.I was told to go back home and a car would be delivered to me shortly.After waiting hours and phoning multiple times I was continuously promised that a car was coming and eventually told the after hours team would bring me a car.It’s now over 20 hours later and I still have no car and no one at the call centre can give me any answers or even let me know if I’m getting a car at all!!!!!I’m shocked at how horrific your service is.

Emily at reception was exceptional in providing me with a courtesy car and above all great service!

Fantastic - couldn't be more helpful. They were polite, friendly and really went the extra mile to make the whole experience as rewarding as possible. The initial drop off they did out of hours to save me a journey and went out of their way to be flexible. Would heartily recommend.

Friendly but took 25 minutes to get the car as only one guy on the desk who was stuck on a long call with another customer. I don't like the idea of the car having a random amount of fuel in when I pick it up. Two reasons, firstly there wasn't enough fuel in the car to get me to my destination which meant, added to the initial delay I was late to my appointment. Secondly, how am I supposed to know how much fuel to put in to get it to the same level again. I ended up putting significantly more fuel in the car than I needed to costing additional money.
