I must commend the sterling work carried out by Tony and Brendan, of No Flies Estate Agents in Camberwell, in facilitating the sale of my flat. Everything was thorough, professional and friendly from the initial valuation right through to completion. Nothing was too much trouble. With their local knowledge, they were even able advise me on local solicitors and traders to smooth the process, which was completed on time. If you do choose No Flies, you may even save a couple of grand over high street prices!I do no hesitate in recommending them to anyone who is contemplating a move.

I have just completed a difficult flat sale with the extra complexity that I’m based in Australia which made it tough to coordinate issues across time zones. Throughout the process No Flies were amazing. They were calm, measured and professional, a real oasis of common-sense when it was lacking elsewhere! The level of service was superb and I’m 100% sure the transaction would have failed if I’d been with another agent. The sales skills and market knowledge are both great, but to me the real difference with this agency is the levels of personal care, commitment and integrity that they bring to the process.
