These guys are the best lettings Agents in Clacton. I have been with them for around 10 years. They were always professional and responsive. They don't have lots of hidden fees or charges. They charge a fair price for their service. Letting my property through them was always hassle free even when we had a problem with a tenant not paying rent in my last year of renting. Sheen's recommended that we take rental insurance which not expensive and meant I was never out of pocket. It actually saved me 000's of pounds. They helped move the tenant on in a responsible way and processed all the insurance paperwork for none rental payments. They are a highly recommended service.Paul
