I went to Elena when my beautician was off on maternity leave. Elena did a lovely job, was really pleased, but when I went back to book her again sadly I didn't get the same professional greeting as I did the first time. Her salon door was open but no one was at reception. I was in there for quite a while walking around and even called out a few times hello, to finally have Elena appear with a sour face advising me she was in a treatment room and should have locked the shop door, but forgot. She asked me to leave my number and she would call me to book me in for another appointment, but she didn't. I even called her again at the end of the day and left her a voicemail asking if she could please call me and make another appointment for me as my beautician was taking extended maternity leave, she still didn't call me back. A very poor and disgraceful service. If treatments are in progress and no one is in there at reception to greet you, then the shop door should be locked with a sign on it explaining treatments are in progress, instead of letting people wander around the salon looking for someone. Would not recommend if your thinking about going there and your a new customer looking for someone new.

Elena’s Beauty salon is a place where even painful procedures leaves good memories - luxury and cosy atmosphere, professional and gentle service. I would like to highlight whole body massage by Elena which made me feel much better. The warm blanket on the feet during massage was cherry on top!
