Fish Brothers SEAT

Purchased a Volvo xc60 in November 2022. They agreed to have some minor paint blemishes sorted before I picked up the car.Arrived the paintwork was not done, said they would arrange for it to be sorted in my home town. Nothing got sorted, I had to chase and chase Richard Zimmerman in sales never returns calls or emails. They eventually took the car back and sorted the problems. Now 5 months later, some lacquer has started to peel from the front wing, again rang Richard Zimmerman, he asked for photos, I emailed them, after 20 days still no response from Fish Brothers, rang spoke With Dale (manager) in sales, who bluntly told me its not down to them, and he had told Richard twoDave from Southamptonweeks ago, and had nothing more to say, be careful when buyinga 20k second hand car from these people, I paid cash, looks likeonce they have your money the caring goes out the window, thisis now being taken to trading standards, not a happy customer

Truly awful communication.Went in for a service, MOT and air conditioning check on a hot day. I explained that my air conditioner is not as efficient as before but it is still blasting cool air. They drained the tank as part of the test, told me there was a ? Leak in the condenser, and did not explain that I now would not have any cool air until the tank is refilled.Let me drive off in 30 degree heat in rush hour with no AC, with no idea why. I called and asked today why my AC was blasting hot air, they said it’s not procedure to explain these things normally and that I had two options1. Come in and have the gas filled for £1602. Have the ? Crack in the condenser filled for £600Option one was not mentioned in the slightest the day I had the MOT, and the person who I called this morning seems to think that explaining the procedure and the effects of it should not be common practise. If I had known I would have had the tank re filled until I was financially able to have the condenser fixed.Driving off in my vehicle in a heat wave in rush hour, with no cool air, was incredibly dangerous, one simple faint could have caused a car accident and the horrific customer service is unacceptable

On Western side of Swindon on the ring road this showroom also has the Cupra franchise. Entrance not that well signposted on a very busy orbital road. Reasonable selection of new and used cars. Sales team friendly and informative.

Outstanding service from the SEAT sales team. Dan had the Arona ready for a test drive which all went very smoothly. Was visiting Swindon from London on business for 2 weeks so this is not my local Dealership...but I really wish it was!I had an issue with my car on the way to Swindon, the undertray fell off due to incompetence from my actual dealership as they didn't replace all the screws. The SEAT recovery guy was excellent and liaised with Fish Brothers and they agreed to fix my car and charge my dealership (too right!). Alison was brilliant, kept me informed and liaised with my Dealership. Unfortunately due to length of wait for the replacement part, it couldn't be done in the time I was at Swindon, so had to be referred back to my dealers. But even so, Alison was happy to arrange for me to come in to get the remaining part secured so it was safe for my journey home, and they even attempted to try and attach the damaged half, but it was too damaged.They are so nice, friendly and straight forward that I'm even considering traveling from London to this place for when my partner is due a new car! And that's saying something! I would definitely recommend these guys for any SEAT/CUPRA owner. Thank you once again for the help and the chat.
