Centrally located and friendly staff with common sense

Slow, miserable, rude and snotty staff. Will be avoiding from now on.

Advertised online as opening on Thursday evenings at 4pm, even has the same hours listed on the front door. However, they don't open. Easily 10 of us were left standing outside in the cold, knocking on the door and phoning the number to no answer at all. A lady walked around the back and found a postman who just said 'you're not getting your parcels today because it's only us here and we're only postmen. It's locked inside so we can't let people in'. Absolutely useless, meant a poor old lady had to spend her third night without the use of an oven to eat, others have had to book redeliveries of items including Christmas gifts, with some not getting them in time now. Why would you send items we missed delivery of to a Post Office which you can't get in to? By all accounts, this problem has been an ongoing occurrence for a few years now.

Never had an issue, staff are always friendly and polite. Check your something for you" card for opening hours"

Saysn openn to 6 but sign ourside says 8am to 10am, They must realise people actually go to work during these hours? Please open Morning, lunchtime and after 5 if possible. It only takes ONE staff member to deal with the post - I can't see why this is still operating as it was during covid. Covid restrictions have GONE so why are things the same?
