Kaspa's Exeter

So happy that there is a place like this in Exeter. A big menu and lots to choose from, so can definitely have a few visits here. But would definitely space them out, as it’s really indulgent.Staff was friendly and it felt clean, with a cool American diner decor to the place and lots of seating.Gotta be done

Brilliant place for dessert. Menu is huge the selection is vast.Good portions and not bad prices too.Friendly staff, helpful and most of all joyful.Recommended

I took my daughter for pudding and chat, the deserts were 10 out of 10 and the price was reasonable. The restaurant was clean and tidy, the only thing that let down the experience was the customer service or lack of.

Poorly run... Asked if the right order was made as the order on till screen did not match up to what we ordered and was reassured it was. Once it came out the food was the wrong as I was expecting, and when we told them it was incorrect the server came to us and was huffing and arguing to us that It was what we ordered even though we tried to make sure it was correct as it wasn't correct on the screen when ordering. Won't be going again.

Friendly service and discounts available. Massively over priced for what are very cheap desserts. They have taken away all of the best waffle options :( Good gimmick for little ones.

This place is very poorly run, very unhygienic and run down. I will never return to kaspas. We were seated, not told whether to go to the counter to order or wait till someone came over? So after waiting we went up to the counter. None of the staff smile or look happy, they have very poor customer service skills. Whilst sat children were running around the place screaming, licking the glass on the ice cream counter and climbing all over all the booths. The group sat at the back did nothing to keep them under control and neither did the staff. After our food came out I had to stop eating it when I saw (possibly the manager) who was wearing gloves scratch his balls very public then proceed to the counter to take food to other customers without changing his gloves or washing his hands. The lack of hygiene continued when I went to use the gents. The toilet roll is on the opposite side of the room, so you cannot access it sat on the toilet. The floor was urine soaked, the taps didn't work, their was no soap and the hand dryer also didn't work. The toilets were filthy and not what you would expect of a food establishment. The cleaning rota that was posted on the wall (see pictures) had also not been updated for nearly a week. And by the lack of actual signatures and cleanliness was never done in the first place. Do not visit this place! Kaspa's head office if you see these reviews please give this place a visit to see how bad it is for yourselves

Very sweet food, good array of drinks. Not cheap, kids love this place. Cher cakes, waffles, ice cream, pancakes. Most tastes covered. Cool booths, clean.
