I've never known such helpful staff who go above and beyond to ensure all is done to resolve issues. The dispensary at our GP frequently don't have items in stock, and the pharmacy team at Boots will always do their utmost to source items if they don't already have them in. Never rushed, always at hand to give advice. I'm in the medical field myself, so have had many encounters to be able to compare theirs to. The team are a true asset to the Boots franchise.

Went to buy something which was showing as in stock. Couldn't find it and told by an assistant that it must be out of stock. Insisted that she looked in the back and whilst she was gone found it myself on another area of shelving. Expect staff to know ares were products will be placed

Very good ,was able to walk in and get my flu jab unexected . But actually went in for a lipstick ,but vey little stock of any ,shelves were practically bare .

Today I was at the pharmacy at boots capitol center, Preston. The person who was there very rude, with an horrible attitude. Is very disappointed to see how she treats customers and nothing is been done. Is not my first time to have the same experience with that member of the staff.

went to the Boots looking for some new skincare products. The girl working the No7 counter was so helpful. She listened to my needs and concerns as I have sensitive skin and made a few suggestions as well as talking me through how it works. Genuinely went in only to browse and get some info but the girl was so helpful I ended up purchasing some products. Have been using for a week now and so far my skin is really liking them. Thankyou for your help and I will be back for more

I visited the store with my daughter. She wanted the Ariana Grande perfume apparently we were told it would take 3 months to come into the shop. Told us to try the fragrance shop. We went back today and you guess what it was in. Won't be shopping for purfume here in the future.

I visited the store on 1st September and enquired if they sold basic shoe cleaning products. An older member of staff was called and she was extremely rude and offensive. She shouted out very loudly that they are CHEMIST not a general store. Point taken but she could have been more professional.Other customers were digusted by her behaviour to me. I left the store extremely embarrassed and upset. I have tried to contact the store manager but the phones rings out. What ever happened to customer care and service. I might be seventy but I'm not deaf and nobody deserves to be spoken to like I was.
