In a world where customer service seems to have been lost completely, blamed on Brexit, Covid or some other spurious reason, I must respond to the service you and your team have given me.I contacted you on a Sunday night by email, you took the time to respond and arrange for an engineer to call today, incredible.I then had Craig contact me to say he should be with me today but he had to go to Brighton first.Knowing he lives up North, I thought that I would not see him today, but he text earlier to say he would be there at dinner time.I thought the Brighton job must have been cancelled.I have just spoken to him as I was not there today, and he has fixed the fault and was leaving at 12pm, I said I thought you were going to Brighton, he said yes I have been there, I left at 2.30am this morning !What an incredible team you all are, an absolute credit to the company, especially as I hear lots of horror stories of customers with issues with hot tubs not resolved and just customer service in general being poor.Fantastic service and unbelievable dedication.

I did lots of research and spoke to lots of firms before I made my decision to buy my hot tub from Better Living Outdoors and I am very happy I did. From start the finish the customer service was outstanding. The team in the showroom of Roz and Geoff are not only friendly but also informative on the products and we’re flexible, responsive and very helpful. The install team were equally as pleasant, helpful and made the customer experience a really enjoyable one. The tub itself we use a lot and we love it. IF we ever have any issues with it I’m in no doubt the team would work hard to resolve it but we’ve not needed to as it’s all worked perfectly. Highly recommend Better living outdoors, the staff are a credit to the business

Shrewsbury..Geoff very helpful, kept me informed of delivery date. Due to COVID this changed. Sorted all the finer details out re delivery and hiab Great guy to speak to very helpful knowledgable and supportive in setting up and getting the right range of chemicals in. Great YouTube info too. Always on end of the phone.,Delivery team. Darren and Rob..Well what can one say. My crane driver didn’t exactly play ball and do as we all thought due to him not bringing correct hiab ..he knew all dimensions, no excuse, so too large for drive and not enough length to lift tub into correct place.So it was dropped just down a tight side, where the boys then has to dismantle my guttering in order to sit tub on floor. They then worked so hard to push, drag up over step and down steps into position.,..the heavy rain then came down, whilst pool started to fill they enjoyed salmon and cucumber sandwiches coffee and cake.. my lid lifter was too big, so Darren cut it down to size. Nothing appeared to be to much trouble.Cutter replaced like it had never come off. After taking so much more time here than expected they had another 2 1/2 hour drive in atrocious weather to fit another one that night. Probably midnight before they finished. Followed by the long drive from Cornwall to Durham the next morning.What can I say. Fantastic lads all round fabulous company. Would highly recommend.Thank you.

After months of indecision and research, we found it very hard to get good advice until we spoke to Geoff and the team at Better Living Outdoors. They whole team were very patient and knowledgable with all the questions we had and we finally made a decision to purchase the Antigua 2. Had it installed today and couldn't be happier! The install team were brilliant. Efficient, clean, tidy and easy to talk to and they made sure we understood how everything worked before they left.Having it craned in over the house was slightly daunting but the team took it all in their stride. Great service from Better Living Outdoors! The installation team were fantastic and the after care advice has been super. The ‘how to’ videos on YouTube are brilliant! We’re super pleased with everything! Would whole heartedly recommend BLO to anyone! And as for our hot tub…. We went for the Mauritius, it’s perfect! And exactly what we wanted.

We bought a hot tub in May 2021 from BLO and have been thrilled with it ever since. The customer service they offer is second to none, always on hand to help with queries and use their expertise to try and help you in any way possible. We recently had a service done by James and Reece who did a brilliant job and could not have been more helpful. Every time we have had dealings with staff from this company they have been eager to help and super friendly. I can not recommend them highly enough.

Outstanding service from start to finish. Great hot tubs at very fair prices, with friendly, knowledgable people helping you every step of the way.We popped into the Durham showroom in October 2020 and Craig talked us through the differences in tubs, with no hard sell and following up with video links. We weren’t making a purchase soon but the service we received meant we were sure we would buy from BetterLiving Outdoors when we were ready.And 9 months later we made our purchase. Easy and lucky as our choice of tub was available straight away so no long wait. Ross and Austen who came to install were so helpful, not just getting us set up but helping us to put the garden back together where we needed to remove a fence panel to ease installation.After sales also great with a courtesy call to check all good. We had two tiny niggles with the tub - one jet not quite as powerful as the others and the lights have a very intermittent fault where they occasionally stop cycling through the colour options and are very dim. Nothing at all to interfere with the tubs performance or our enjoyment. Craig has encouraged us to raise a ticket and they will investigate and if necessary someone will come to look. We are hundreds of miles away and yet the care is outstanding.Highly recommend this business with the most trustworthy and friendly team in this line of business we’ve come across.

I was a little worried about buying a hot tub online without seeing the product first. However, Geoff and Roz were a joy to deal with from start to finish. When the tub arrived it was even better than expected. The fitters (Chris and Adam) were attentive to every detail. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND dealing with BetterLiving Outdoors.

Can I just say how impressed I was with the company and in particular Reece and Omar who have been awesome. Both my wife and I were very impressed with them. Nothing was too much trouble and they made moving the hot tub look so easy. Top lads !!Thanks again and they are a credit to the business.
