Purchased 2 vauxall mokkas from this garage my wife has had problems and never got answered or replied to texts, was told we would have a year guarantee on each car, he lied, every issue was answered with ,,,thats not covered. Shameful dealer.

Recently bought a Mercedes from Carnections - Excellent service and perfect car - will use again for my sons upcoming birthday!

I had a very pleasant car buying experience with Carnections, they were extremely helpful and helped me find the perfect car. They are a professional company and I left a satisfied customer. I would recommend them to everyone.

Let me start by saying that Andy and Brandon were both pleasant to deal when purchasing my car however I've had a terrible experience since buying my Smart FourTwo 10 months ago that has left a very bad taste in my mouth and my pockets empty. When I bought the car I was told that they would only cover the engine under the 3 month warranty and this was written on the deposit agreement due to the price I was paying for the car and the money they had spent to prepare it for sale. As a precaution I did take the extended RAC warranty and its a good thing I did. Six weeks into owning the car the entire clutch system failed which if I didn't take the warranty would have cost me over £1000 to fix but RAC did cover this. Now after 10 months of ownership the entire cooling system went including the radiator, pump and air condition unit condenser which has cost me £1078 but to make matters worse a major engine fault was discovered that I've been told by two separate mechanics including a Smart specialist will require a new engine to fix the car and a diagnostic has also shown a fault developing in the gearbox. So now I have a car outside my property that cannot be driven and RAC warranty after a painful six week process won't cover any of these issues which has left me without a car to use for my mobile barbering business and neither the RAC or dealer wanting to take any ownership to cover the cost of repairing the car. I've now been left in the horrible position of selling the car for peanuts to try and get some money back that I can use as a deposit towards a new car. Needless to say that I'm absolutely gutted at the money I've lost that took a long time to save and a car that's frankly a right off which I love. I honestly hate having to right a negative review but after what I've been through with this car and am still going through its frankly justified. Simply a car bought from an RAC approved dealer shouldn't have had so many major faults after 10 months and now be undrivable.

Excellent service. Professional, friendly, helpful with no pressure to buy. All questions answered and all documentation present. Car purchased was spotless and in good order, transaction straightforward, drove car home same day. Would definitely recommend.

Do not deal with these thieves bought a Audi A5 convertible, Andy had selective memory on the day and forgot to mention the car was a cat C, asked if I needed to change the timing chain he said no, 2 weeks later oil warning light comes on, take it to one of his other thieves who said car was ok and to ignore the oil warning light 2 few weeks later timing chain snapped, was well within my 3 months warranty and he made up excuses saying his daughter was ill then he was ill then said he was not liable, so DO NOT BUY FROM CON- ECTIONS, aka carnections, now pending legal action freelance chef well and truly screwed, DO NOT DO IT FOLKS

Bought a mini from carnections arranged finance and insurance straight away couldn’t be happier from getting towed in broken down in my old Car by rac to driving away 2 hours later very happy and will recommend thanks again LisaBought another car from Carnections last week great fiat 500 for my daughter she is over the moon great service as usual thanks again for looking after us and making my daughter feel special the flowers were a beautiful surprise x

Travelled over 200 mile to look at a audi A3 cabriolet but the auto gearbox would not change up automatically. Signs of roof leaking and abs light came on. To be fair they refunded deposit straight away without question.
