Amazing garage, I've been to a few f1 garages and they've all been brilliant! Ryan was so helpful and fitted me in without an appointment, everyone at the whole shop was super lovely, would highly reccomend!

Don't live locally, had a breakdown and didn't know what to do. Walked to the shop and they went above and beyond to get me going. Staff were friendly, helpful and super patient with me, and got me going within a hour. They were able to help out straight away and I'm so grateful.

I had my car mot'd with this garage afew weeks ago and upon getting my car back i noticed a deep three inch scratch on the drivers door and a small dent on the corner of the boot both of which weren't there before the mot happened,no care given when handling customers pride and joys.

Went for wheel alignment but they set it up for a different car to what mine is, went to sort it but they weren’t very helpful and sorry about it. All sorted now but a sorry would of been nice from the person I spoke to on phone. rather than an attitude. This was West Quay won’t be using them again, as had to demand them redoing it or I take it further no one should be treated this way.

The actual ctr and staff are fine, however, the website booking and central customer services are awful!! If booking for Aircon regas the website allows you to book into a ctr that may not support the gas your vehicle uses, it will also book you a slot for Am or PM but the ctr may not actually have that slot. Also does not tell you the the £59 recharge cost is actually almost 3x that if using the newer gas at £145!!!! As I said the ctr were helpful but the customer services when trying to sort this out were a bit of a joke!!!

Professional and trust worth garage that I've used for several years. Their fault findings have always genuine and they take the time to explain what they've done.

I booked my van in for a clutch replacement after originally going to another garage that couldn’t do the work required I decided to use this garage even after they added an additional £250 on the price I was quoted online I just needed the work done so I still went ahead…but after paying over £120 to have the van transported to the garage they called me and said they also can’t do the work required and they didn’t know my van was a semi automatic gearbox …..and now I’m having to pay another £120 to get it back to my house !They had all the details of my vehicle including the registration so to say they didn’t know was complete and utter nonsense and I’ll be forwarding the transport cost to this garage to cover with legal action taken if it’s not paid.A complete waste of time and resources and although I’ve now found a garage that can do the work I now have to wait another 2 weeks to have it fixed meaning I’ll now have to hire a car until it’s done which adds up even more and like I’ve mentioned I’ve already waited for this garage’s availability only to be turned away .Unprofessional and completely unorganised.Avoid!

Excellent service. We were booked in for a service & MOT. On arrival we explained that we had a poorly dog at home & they pushed our car through as quickly (but safely) as they could. We can’t thank them enough.

We arrived at 5:30 on a Friday evening having just returned from our holiday with a puncture. They were due to close at 6pm so I initially thought they would be less than pleased to see us turn up but how wrong I was. They couldn't have been more helpful! They changed our wheel over to the spare, which wasn't an easy job as it is a full sized tyre on an alloy under the car and worked late to help us get on our way home.So a massive thank you to Ryan, Dusty & Kai, you helped what was a stressful situation with 4 kids to get home into a bearable one!! 5***** to you all!!

Quick service, pleased with tyres, price performance. Think the extra special balance is just a rubbish idea though. Just balance them !! I meant to ask them what's the precision thing ! Good place so far.
