Golf club? Becoming more like a shabby Butlins! Management is shocking which is causing excellent staff to leave... such a shame as this will no doubt make players decide to go elsewhere also as their needs are not met.

Golf-do not book on a weekend. Played Sunday and was walking the course. Constantly chased by buggies that were apparently not booked in. Visitors to the caravan/holiday part and owners do not need to book a slot so you can imagine how busy it was.Even had people driving off the tee when we were on the fairway still.Discussed with staff, they confirmed the above. If you are a visitor paying £40 a round perhaps go somewhere else.Nearly 6 hours for a round of golf.

Staff are frosty, unprofessional and genuinely make you feel unwelcome. The facilities are fine, the swimming pool on the cold side and not ideal if you are taking little ones. Other things to note.. cafe usually closed or limited menu, broken step going to the pool, very slippy floors.

Golf course was in excellent condition. No problems with the ham,egg and chips lunch. Quite nice but a bit of bread and butter would have made it better. Overall a very good day.

Course was fantastic tee to green. However greens had good grass coverage but the grass length was far too long and the greens were very slow. With a good cut and roll, would equal 5 stars

Personally I not been.But my boy nearly 8 has gotten into golf, partner called them, they were very helpful.Partner took our boy there and he loved it, can't wait to go back.Very helpful and lovely place I'm.toldMummy chuffed as my boy is.Would love to take him more if I could drive.

Used the facilities this weekend for a short break. Could do with more family swim times during holiday period. Changing rooms floor has lots of hair needs cleaning more regularly. Really wanted to try the cafe but every time the lady was too busy apparently so had to go to the bar. Wouldn't be happy if I was a member.

The place is really nice. The pool, gym and grounds are lovely. It was such a shame that the receptionist felt the need to shout at a child for being in the sauna and a family for being in the pool at 12.31. I felt the frost on my arrival too.

The manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. He really does need more training in how to speak to members.No doors on men's lockers. Been like this over a year. Coffee shop not always open!
