Tick Tocks Day Nursery

Awful experience. The nursery didn’t allow any settling in sessions with parents and actively discouraged me from breastfeeding my 9 month year old saying it would make settling in much harder. Twice I turned up to a settling in session to find the nursery closed (they didn’t bother to let me know). No questions asked about my child’s preferences I was handed her back screaming no reassurances. They refused to refund the £600 they insisted on me paying before even setting in.
