Had a TV repaired with Sands through a Samsung/John Lewis warranty. Sands made contact on day spoke to John Lewis. Diagnosis made and parts ordered on day of collection, which was next working day. Texts sent with updates. Received repaired TV within 4 days. Great service and very much appreciated. Would use again and recommend. Thank you.

Recently had a backlight issue on our old LG. Wanted to repair as it’s an excellent television and trying to recycle/repair things as often as we can.Emailed Sands, got a collection booked in. Phone call the day after to discuss issue and get a quote. Parts ordered, television repaired and returned back to us (cost of collection/delivery £30 but taken off bill if repair booked in - excellent if you’ve got a big/thin television you don’t want to risk transporting yourself!) the following week.Customer service and delivery driver polite and friendly. Television is fixed - good as new - and for a fraction of the price of a new one!Would highly recommend.

Very professionaly run - great friendly and helpful communication, prices reasonable. Unlike others they know what they are doing. A genuine pleasure to deal with

Got sound but no picture. Helpful staff lugged my big old (very heavy!) set out of the car just before closing. Phone call next morning all done! Lugged it back in car again for me and I'm a very happy bunny. Best picure its ever been! Very reasonable price too. Highly recommended

Disgusting sent my tv for repair came back four days later the engineer plug tv in with which was a cackling noise however it was left on for about 10min so then i turned it off. How ever went to bed turned on and it started to crackle again and tv was near to blowing up so turned it off rang sands tv man came to say tv was working when he. Left .what i am getting at is when he first plugin tv and it crackled he should have known that something was wrong .i am 73 years old and have elzimers .disgracefull .cost me £120 to have the tv repaired .

The people on the phone are very polite.Service slow, very slow. Took over a month to get my new TV.No engineer was sent out, it involved me taking lots and lots of pictures (removing it from the wall twice was a real pain in the rear)When it was eventually delivered apparently it was by the owner of the company (he didn't seem very happy for some reason)Purchased the TV from John Lewis so had no option but to use them, but needless to say I'll think twice before purchasing electrical goods from them in the future.

My Sony Master series tv went wrong this week spoke to John Lewis and Sands are service people for them in Norwich they where very good picked tv up next day and following day came back to me and said they cant fix the tv as bits are not available any more and they spoke John Lewis and I am now getting a new tv from them have to say love there reply to the dog mess review amazing lol

Contacted sands for my smartboard to be fitted, was told an individual will come the following week. I was quoted £130 for installation with the mount included.I was then contacted the day before he came with little notice to say that he was coming at 10 am. He then decided to turn up at 1pm without any equipment or mount to fit it.I was told to pay a deposit of £30 which I did and after he left I asked for a refund which I didn't receive2 months later I still couldn't find anyone to fit it but I managed to get my own mount and I contacted them again to arrange an appointment which was the same way where I wasn't given a specific dayHe contacted Monday to say he's coming tomorrow between 9 and 10My colleague was in the other side of the office and missed him while he knocked on the door and I contacted him 9 minutes after him initially turning up and he refused to return even though I hadn't received a call to say he is thereDon't use this company very poor discriminate serviceAVOID!!!!!
