Galley Cafe Bar

Sunday 23rd April the London marathon so every cafe was busy.I can honestly say the toasted sandwiches we ordered were absolutely disgusting I would go as far to say repulsive. Don't want to bang on but come on at least try and make your food taste or look appealing.

The food there is nice and the workers are kind, it’s not busy at all so it’s a nice place to chill

It’s a nicely situated little cafe serving good coffee and decent breakfasts. Nice place to open up the laptop and get on with some life admin / work, although the WiFi can be temperamental. Friendly service from staff always.

Dont stop off here unless you have more money than sense. £3 for a 500ml bottle of Lipton Ice Tea is ridiculous.

A really good spot. You'd think a cafe connected to a cinema would be poor. However this one is really good. I would say one of the top brunch spots in Greenwich. Does a a nice fruit salad granola yogurt, has an impressive list of wake up cocktails and does all the usually eggs and English breakfast stuff. A decent option, and open sooner than most in the area.

We have frequented this place at least once a week over the last two years but today was the last day. We have two babies and we have always returned because the service was great, staff were lovely and it is family friendly. Each time we spend a substantial amount. Unfortunately the acting manageress was so rude to us today that we won´t return. It´s one of those experiences where you are made to feel unwelcome as a customer just because you have babies, and that they are doing you a favor for serving them. She asked for the menu back meanwhile our babies were playing with it, saying that they were very expensive when actually they are ancient pieces of paper glossed with plastic. If she knew anything about babies she would know that the only way to keep them quiet was to give them the menus to play with. She impatiently and curtly replied that they don´t accept amex, that loyalty cards had run out, and generally just gave you the feeling that she wanted you to go as soon as possible. We asked for an English Breakfast, she sent English tea instead, and when we went to explain the misunderstanding she made it out as if it was our fault (how can someone not understand the difference between the word breakfast" and "tea"?). All of these in and of themselves are not a major problem

Shame they did not update their timetable on here, I spent some time getting here as it was saying open till 20:00!!!! to find out that is closed even from 17:00 or before. Not very nice in cold day. Please do your job

Nice cozy place with plenty seats and sockets, however if you are prefer good quality coffee this is not the place to go

Nice café, friendly and welcoming staff

Spacious place, wasn't particularly busy when we dropped by on a Sunday so was good for getting some peace and quiet.Nothing special but okay coffee and service was fine.
