Excellent price and friendly staff

Occasionally I have to carry out minor roof repairs when working on domestic exteriors. The staff are very patient with me and very helpful, especially when I sometimes need advice to find the best solution to a problem. Good range of products in stock and everything is competitively priced.

Got some flex rubber material and brought it back in 2 days and charged me 10% for return while the guy said if you don’t need and return it sooner won’t be any issue. Disappointing

Sadly I have to write this review about the appalling situation I witnessed this morning along with hundreds of other cars. A delivery was being made by MS Roofing on a very busy main road. Their truck blocked both lanes for nearly 25minutes. Instead of applying to suspend parking bays so that a flow of traffic could continue during rush hour, MS roofing decided that they would rather cause chaos within the City of Brighton. Cars could not turn around to find alternative routes, parents with children were abandoning their cars in order to get their children to school. Some had to park and use the pay and display. The traffic backed up to the main London Road and the Dyke area. 25 minutes of utter chaos. Several motorists approached the workmen to explain why they have done this at rush hour and without applying for parking bay suspension?. I then could see that the motorists were calling the office number displayed on the vehicle. Any professional company would of approached the council like every other reputable company would do and have the parking bays suspended. Irresponsible, careless and a 'sod you all attitude comes to mind'. DISGRACE!

Doing a DIY roofing job and this firm seems to be easily the cheapest for supplies and are also helpful and friendly. Add in the easy parking and they are hard to beat.
