Usualy this place is fine but I went in for fuel yesterday and the member of staff behind the till was very rude she was talking to her colleague the whole time she was serving with me diddnt say hello dispite me saying hello diddnt even tell me how much I owed her so i just stood there and she then says r u going to pay or not !! Please sort your staff out it's a work place not a social club !!!!

It's ok here. Staff are always friendly. I wish they sold either torches or batteries suitable for the torch i have. Oh and Red Stripe. They used to sell this when they were bargain booze.^ Aah those were the days. It's awful here now. They made all the staff redundant and brought in new people to do the same job. I thought that was illegal too but if Worcestershire County Council can do it, anyone can.LONDIS UPDATE - Since Londis took over, the only constant is the steady, unrelenting decline in standards.The only thing you are guaranteed to leave with here, is disappointment. Unlike other shops where occasionally they don't have the stock in that you require, it's usually the case here.Shopping here is like following the England football team, only without the rare glimpses of something good.Think of England in the 2010 World Cup and how it was obvious they didn't want to be there.Now think of England in the 2014 Wotld Cup. The countries expectation was at an all time low. We knew we were rubbish. We knew we probably wouldn't get through the group stages...Despite this, England STILL managed to conjure up disappointment.Well, that's like shopping at Londis. You know the sparsely stocked shelves probably won't have half of the things you need, so your expectations are low.Then you discover that they don't have any of the things you needed and they don't know when or indeed if they will again.IF Londis ran the fuel deliveries they would usually not have fuel either.UPDATE - JULY 2019I dunno if there is new management here now but there has been a vast improvement lately. The shelves are usually full and they often have the things you want to buy.

Incredible stadium. Did tour and Roof tour. Roof tour much better as more personal. Need team to match facilities.

This place claims to be open 24 hours a day. It emphatically is not. I arrived before midnight on Tuesday 13 November 2018 and found the door locked. Only an external counter was open. I asked whether I could enter to shop for some groceries and was told emphatically that I could not.Either open for 24 hours OR remove the signs saying that you are.

I got petrol. It's a petrol station.

Handy for emergency fuel top up on way to work or if leaving Worcester heading for motorway.

Overcharging for shop items. Walked out and went to the coop across the road.

The clothes washing facilities rarely work and the staff don't seem to worry.

Lazy worker would let me in late even though the night before I could come in to buy food on nightshift

Fine to get petrol, but very disappointed when I tried my mocha after driving off to discover I had paid £2.30 for hot milk... seems that both the coffee and chocolate were empty.... was running too late to go back and get a refund. Typical of Friday 13th
