I came here because it’s halal.The waiter told me they don’t take card payment. He send me to the ATM near the place where I add additional fees (10€). After I came back, all the others customers were paying by card with no problem.Great way to treat people…In addition to that, food was poor.

Waited 2 hours 20 minutes for the food. Longest wait for a take away I ever had.Pizza was cold. I have ordered one kebab with chili sauce ,one without but both arrived with chili. I was asking for forks but haven't received any.Not happy at all. I don't recommend the place

Good food. Shame on the person who was taking our order... he had a real attitude with my friend placing the order...When we ordered on the menu.. the price was different from the price we paid... it was even more than they said on the phone when we tried to confirm the costs..Beware of hidden chargesWe will never be ordering from here again.. simply because when paying for something you are paying for a good service. We did not get this when spoke to a worker. This is not acceptable.Friends and family will be made aware of these issues...

Just had a delivery.I use mr donner regularly but this is the second time I had ordered pizza with tomatoe base but there was no tomato base, Pizza without tomato base doesn’t taste very nice. last time I phoned to make you aware of this but I was told it’s not possible to make pizza without tomato base, which was my point.I am not looking for discount just Very disappointed again.Also paid £8 extra for black olives and sweet corn but could not find any sweet corn.I will not be using you again.

The delivery was due at 12:45, after three phone calls. I was told every time the delivery driver was two minutes away it turned up at 1:50. The salad looked like it was four weeks old and the kebab tasted like reprocessed spam. I definitely would not eat from here again.

Visited 13.05.23 a little before 1700.Staff moving around frantically doing orders with delivery persons entering the prep area.I've waited a minute or so before giving my order.3 pieces of chicken and chips £4.50, bargain.I'm then waiting ~12+ minutes before getting my order.Pay, leave and get home to find only 2 pieces of chicken.Granted the 1 piece of chicken was big, if I'd been told only 2 pieces then it would be my choice to accept or refuse.Had trouble with orders here before, may give it 1 more try at some point.If that's wrong then won't be going there again and probably get in touch with trading standards.

Alhamdulillah (All Praise to God) for the good food and even better people that work here. Consistently good Chicken Burgers and Pizza, exceptional wings and when it's fresh, the chicken has got to be some of the best out there.
