Darius is a brilliant bloke, so much experience and good and hard with all ages. Well equipped, and priced at a steal. My youngest has come on so much in the last few months and loves the buzz he gets from it. Highly recommended!!

I’ve been attending the open class for a while now, I’ve recently had the opportunity to try out a private session and I have nothing negative to say about this place. The open class has many nice people who respect each other and work well together. They aren’t just learning the fighting aspects of the art, they’re also learning how to respect people and be disciplined. In the private lesson it’s 1 on 1 so you have lots of time to improve in your skills and learn quicker while in the open class you meet new people who are also passionate about the art and want to improve. The teacher is very good at motivating and bringing out the best in each and every one of us by encouraging and continuing to push us to levels we wouldn’t have thought we’d be able to get to.

I can’t recommend these guys enough I’ve trained with Darius in the past and it was brilliant very professional and friendly they are old school and train people the same way the old school how it’s ment to be and how it was taught in the olden days the biggest positive I saw was there wasn’t any inflated egos every one is friendly and helpful I can’t recommend them enough you will not be disappointed....
