Do not use this company. We spent over £2k on items they couldn’t provide. We have expedited a refund for weeks now to no avail. They have now exceeded their own refund policy timelines and we still have not been reimbursed. Disgraceful unprofessional behaviour.

I wish I have read the reviews before I ordered from them! An absolute joke! AVOID AT ALL COST! I ordered vanity unit and came chipped, and late despite fact I paid extra for fast delivery, I have been offered refund on the delivery, obviously never came! These guys have some sort of access to old Bathstore stock and re-sell other discontinued or damaged items from all sorts of brandsMy vanity came in squashed dirty and torn boxDisgrace!

UPDATE - sink finally arrived and is beautiful. After speaking with Wise Bathrooms directly I was informed on the delivery, they even offered to drive it here in person if the delivery company didn’t get it out on Monday. Just be aware of slow delivery before purchasing but the quality has been lovely and I am happy.

Ordered on 13th September and I received my delivery today. Very happy with the service and the quality!

Ordered a mirror radiator on 9th Oct and after many texts and phone calls finally they told me it was out of stock, requested a refund and lm still waiting on it, They don’t reply to texts or phone calls do be very careful before you order from this company.

I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but when a company behaves like Wise bathrooms has, it’s the right thing to do.No sign of the product after the end date of the long delivery time they allowed themselves.No response to emails.I did manage to speak to someone on the phone a week later and was told I’d be given an update within the hour - I heard nothing.A week later, I’m told the same thing - I heard nothing.After that, they stopped answering the phone.Unsurprisingly, no response received to an online request for resolution, so I raised a dispute with PayPal. No response to that either, so at the end of their complaint resolution period, PayPal refunded my money.PayPal - 5 starsWise Bathrooms - 0 stars

Amazing service!Customer service was amazing and so patient! I’d highly reccomended wise bathrooms. definitely the place to be when ordering bathroom supplies.I ordered a bathroom vanity unit and it was amazing, fitted perfect in my bathroom.

***** AVOID THE IS COMPANY *****I am an Architect and Interior Designer and have 15+ years of experience. In my time in practice I have never come across a company as incompetant as this.I order a bath and they subsequently delivered the wrong bath. It’s a long and boring story but it took me two months of chasing for them to finally replace. When they did they replaced it with something cheaper and I’m still chasing my refund for the difference.Honestly save your time, energy and money by avoiding this company.

Wise Bathroom is a truly outstanding local company. Their friendly open-handed generosity is a very real testament to their warm hearted Director Harry and their excellent business practice. They went above and beyond in every respect to help us with our herculean request for assistance. We were meet professionally, quickly and with such kindness and compassion as to be truly overwhelming. This business could not come more highly recommended. 5 Stars
