Andy repointed a wall at the rear of our property. He arrived punctually every day and all work was carried out to an excellent standard with the work area left clean and tidy at the end. The price charged was as quoted. Would definitely use Andy's services again.

Andy visited us to take a look at brickwork completed on our house extension. This had been completed some years prior to us moving in. His assessment of the issue was exactly what our surveyor had written in his report. It had been really difficult to get a building company to come and visit us so Andy's assessment of the issue was very reassuring. The repairs were completed by Andy in November 2021. I have never had a tradesperson at the house who has been so neat and tidy whilst carrying out work and when leaving at the end of the day. The work was completed as promised within a week and we are very satisfied and pleased with the finished result. We shall be using East Midlands Restoration in the future due to price, workmanship and honesty. Thank you again Andy.

We had some really tricky brickwork that needed repairing on our Victorian terrace. The lintels had failed and several builders refused to touch it. East Midlands restoration quickly diagnosed the problem and came up with a way to fix it. Prices were really reasonable. He was polite, quick, cleaned up after himself and did a brilliant job on the brickwork which looks great! Would definitely recommend and use again!

Having looked for someone to repoint our house for quite some time I chanced upon Andy and contacted him to check availability.His quote was reasonable and he also seemed reliable so I immediately asked him to do the job. I wasn't disappointed as only a few weeks later he contacted me to say he could start and the work he has done is excellent. Andy tidied up at the end of each day and also left the site in a very good condition. I am very happy with everything Andy has done and can't recommend him highly enough.

Having seen the quality of Andy's work at a neighbouring property I asked for a quote to repoint our 6 pot chimney stack. The quote was very reasonable. On closer inspection after the scaffolding was erected, it was decided to take the stack down, rebuild it and reset the pots. We agreed that Andy would do the job on a day rate basis. This was completed in a relatively short time using the all the original bricks and a traditional lime based mortar. I am very pleased with the finished result. Andy is conscientious, hardworking and reliable.
