We sold our home through the Streatham branch and thought James and his team did a fantastic job. We had a buyer lined up with a previous agent until it fell through in September 2022, after which we changed agent to Oaks. They managed to find a new buyer during a challenging time for the flat market and were amazing at staying on top of communications with us and the buyer to ensure the sale went through asap - this was a point of service significantly lacking with our previous chose of agent. The team was very responsive and I felt always acted in our best interest. Would definitely recommend.
