Will at Loake is unfailingly friendly and helpful, but most importantly he knows a huge amount about shoes. In addition to being fully up to speed with manufacturing, function and style questions he is absolutely passionate about his subject.This combination has resulted in me buying several pairs of shoes from him, all of which have been excellent.I particularly appreciate that he is happy to take as much time and trouble as required to find or source absolutely the right fit.

Ruby was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Libby was also great. Would definitely shop there again.

What a great customer experience!I dropped in to arrange a repair for my beloved suede boots and the staff were so welcoming and helpful. Andrew helped process my repair and took time to check whether it was best to send them for evaluation first.Whilst I was there I wanted to look for a new pair of boots as well and Will was so lovely, fetching all sorts of designs in my size to try, and encouraging me to consider something a bit different. Andrew and Libby gave some great advice and encouragement and even though there were other customers, I felt attended to and valued as a customer.I left, very happy with a perfect new pair of boots and fingers crossed for a repair to my old boots.Thank you Loake Ashford

Very disappointed with the Ashford branch whent to buy 2/3 pairs shoes turns out iv got more pairs than they had in there won't be going there again waist of parking fee

The Benchmark for Men's Shoes.I phoned up the store ahead of my visit to ascertain the availability of the Chelsea boots I was looking for.Will answered the call and gave me a list of boots to check online ahead of my visit along with availability of sizes.On the day I ended up buying 3 pairs of shoes, outstanding products and excellent customer service from Will and Libby.I cannot recommend these guys enough and look forward to my next visit!!!
