It was Sunday morning, not a lot of people about. The young lady, am I allowed to say lady? Barista was brilliant. Very courteous and very professional. Well done.

I love the hazlenut and almond latte plus - it's not overly sweet and a great way to sneak in some extra protein. One of my favorite drinks at Costa. Their app has also made it super convenient to order a drink and quickly pick it up while also collecting points.

I usually don't leave bad reviews, but when the worker comes to us giving us free pies asking for a good review they should make sure they deserve it. The didn't have big straws for a drink with bubbles(bubble tea style) so they give me a spoon for a drink, the bathroom was closed at least from 16:30(when we arrived) and they close at 18:30 so two hours before closing. Around 18:00 they kick you out of the sitting area. Girl stop asking for good reviews and earn them.

The girls working at close today had the store extremely clean and ready for closing 30 minutes before closing but basically refused to serve during the last 20 minutes.They were serving take away but no customer (around 7) decided to buy anything. When writing this review there is 13 minutes of the store being open.The ladies relaxed during the last 15 minutes of the store being opened.

Always love a good Costa. They always feel very New York when you're in them. The customers not being from NYC ruin that but overall still gives me that vibe. Friendly staff.

-Poor service-Food was meh-Drink had no chai flavour when I ordered a chai latte-Served in disposable option and not asked if sitting in which I was-Not many vegan food options-When disposing of rubbish the staff member said it was ok for me to put a drink in the bin that had ice in it when I wanted to empty it first so the bin had no liquid in it
