St James Street Postoffice

Post office staff is doing very good and awesome. They are opening from 7 am to 8 pm .Now a days the lady is working very hard in the shop- family shoppers

Had to send a thank you card. I'm not even close to being a pensioner but i was somewhat surprised that a single first class stamp cost 90p!!!! Since when..??Other than the price, everything else was easy and fast. Easiest 10/10 I've given this year.....

Had an alright experience here with a woman with long blonde hair.The timings are definitely incorrect. They don't open at 7:00 (LOL) and they close bang on at 17.00 (have video to prove it and I have suggested an edit to Google) and they are not open on Sundays.If you want a post office that reflects their real timings, go to the one in Churchill square (15 minute walk).I'll double check what their timings are on Saturdays as I can see the shop from my window.

Employees are careless and disrespectful towards customers.Here you will find dozens of comments like this. because they really are, unhappy, rude, uncaring towards the customer. I got an email today that my two packages can be picked up. After waiting for the customer in front of me to be served for about 45 minutes, when it was my turn, the already tired employee did not care about me. She said I could only pick up the packages on Monday, because it was difficult for her to take a few steps and find mine from the packages around the corner. When I showed her the Mail, she said that it was EVRİ's and my problem. Expecting a decent service from here is a waste of time!

Firstly Google have got the openings hours wrong. The Post Office part closes at 8pm.That's Monday to Saturday anyway, have used a few times. Not as yet encountered rudeness.I had to pay something in and as it was gone 7pm had to use the shop area to pay.The person who served me didn't seem trained to do the transaction.She was pleasant to deal with but not sure if she was a trained post office worker?

Went to convert my driving license, the lady was rude, she was eating crisps while serving customersWhen I asked for help as I wasn’t sure if sending original ID was necessary, told me to go do my homework before I send it.Maybe I should have been very sure of all I need before getting there but doesn’t mean she can respond in certain way, other post office would guide you if you needed.

Check the reviews for the Family Shopper attached to this place as it is the same shop. Guy that’s always there is a scammer. Nothing wrong with the female post office staff at the back

Rude staff. With costumers and with the other colleagues. Thankfully there is a nice lovely lady working there that always have a smile. The rest are so unpleasant

Not quite sure what’s happening in this branch. There is a delay in shipping 1st or 2nd class UK parcels as they arrive to the recipients after 2 weeks from the date of posting. It happened to me twice.
