This firm is the best in every way. From my first phone call to actually coming back to pick up the packaging once I had unpacked .The removal men arrived two days before moving and packed the whole house for me.They were proffesional, polite and accomadating. I can't praise this company high enough and I highly recommend them! Not cheap but worth every penny.

Better Removals made the process of moving to Plymouth from Biggleswade so much smoother for us. Charlie and Ben wete so efficient and helpful. They arrived exactly on time and were so hardworking and patient at both ends of the transition. All of our belongings arrived safetely and carefully placed at the end of our journey. We can't thank them enough and would defimitely recommend them to anyone else moving home.

What a gem of a company. Service was 1st class, Katherine was very professional and took time to explain everything to my elderly mother about both the long term and accessible storage. The prices are very reasonable considering we were putting her 3 bedroom house into storage. On removal day I could not have asked for a better team. Adam, Chris and Jake worked so well together and watching them pack the containers was like watching a giant game of Tetris. They worked so hard and in the hottest days of the year without any complaints. Would recommend this firm without a doubt.

Tried to quote me £1200+ for barely any furniture being moved, to a property just down the road. They don't work by the hour apparently, so wanted me to pay for a full days worth of work for what would be a 2 hour job. Absolutely disgusted, lady on the phone was very dismissive.
