GREAT ATMOSPHERE! Been going to Paragon for over 10 years . It is a great gym for all people from beginners to experienced gym goers . Everyone wants to help and give advice , including staff . There is a wide variety of free weights and machines to cater for all , Aswell as a cardio/conditioning section. Would recommend to anybody !

Brilliant Gym ,it's stood the test of time and produced some fantastic results in competing and of those who would rather drop weight or tone up. Great atmosphere and shaun the owner has a great wealth of knowledge. Highly recommended
