The staff is amazing, very friendly and helpful but the store oh my god, freezing, the staff was literally shivering, couldn't stay longer than 10 min, just buy the perfume and get out of there. Bless them, they should think of making it bit warm tbh.

The lady who served us was very polite, kind and helpful. It put a smile on my face. Thank you. The store was clean, organised and they offer the NHS discount as well.They could improve on the variety of perfumes. They do stock all the major high street brands.

Very good brand for the latest fragrances. Staff are friendly & welcoming. Shop is clean & fresh looking & easily accessible via the Shopping Centre in Sutton Coldfield. Prices are competitive with others. Good shop to go to for your loved ones or friends fragrances. Highly recommend this branch if like me you don't want to be caught up with the clean air policy or high parking charges in the Birmingham City area...

The store manager here is extremely rude, I didn’t get her name but will never deal with her again. Or I won’t ever purchase from this store. She has a vile attitude and won’t let you return a faulty item. She needs some basic customer service training before being allowed to be a manager! When being served by her in past experiences she was very unapproachable, no smile, nothing. But quick enough to try and force you to buy something! I was kept waiting for a good 10 minutes this time as there was no other staff members working which isn’t good on the run up to Christmas when it’s busy, didn’t get an apology for the wait either.Avoid.

Klevi was absolutely wonderful. I cannot praise this lovely lady enough. She was so accommodating as soon as we entered the store. We need more of Klevi’s warmth and energy in life as she really created the most amazing customer experience! xxxx

So very helpful, always polite. Customer service is excellent. I always get my Xmas presents for my grandchildren, aftershave etc, have to say I spent a lot, but the customer next to me spent £18 , and was treated the same. So absolutely excellent. The young lady who helped me is going on Maternity leave, congratulations to you my darling for such a brilliant shopping experience, superb advice. Well done. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I would just like to point out that when we visited the store in Sutton I could not believe how cold it was inside. Generally when you shop inside a store you want it to be pleasant and welcoming and feel the warm especially when the weather has been at a minus recently. I actually felt sorry for the 2 girls who were working there at the time. It was so cold to the point you could even see your own breath. Surely this has to be a health and safety issue? I even complained to the girls and said that why isn’t the heating turned on especially for them. Apparently it is turned on. Well, when you can see your own breath and you’re waiting in the queue to be served, THERE IS NO HEAT PRESENT!! @thefragrance - you’re supposed to be looking after your customers as well as your staff, I could not wait to get out of the shop. Please review your policies and put something in place regarding the temperature in your store.P.S Klevi and the manager were amazing. When we did eventually get served, Klevi was brilliant, funny and kept us entertained while we were freezing our butts off. A great asset to the team.

Really lovely customer service and helpful advice.Went into the store to find a perfume to use on my wedding day - Katherine was particularly helpful and spent the time going through the different scents to make me feel really comfortable with my decisions.She also recommended the scendaddict feature which seemed really exciting and definitely something I can use long term.

Mary at Sutton Coldfield branch was an exceptional lady. So professional and personable. She got to know me as a person and directed me to the fragrances she thought I may like, and I did! In fact I was in the shower the next day and my shower thought was how amazing and correct Mary was about a particular fragrance we had discussed the day before. My shower thought was “I’m going back to Mary and purchasing that £90 fragrance” which I did that same day. Made me feel special and made sure I was happy. This is what you call customer service. I left with a smile on my face and enjoyed the rest of my day. Thank you to Mary and the team at this Branch as you have always been consistent in the service you provide. Thank you for you. X
