Good food and friendly staff. Just a shame the service was so slow. Waited 25 minutes to order then another 40 to get our food. Complimentary coffee voucher was given though as an apology for the delay

Small cozy welcoming staff ( they are the owners). Met with a group of friends. Fireplace with real wood burning.

I never usually leave reviews however was left very disappointed with what was meant to be a nice day out with family. Waited over an hour for 3 ‘specials lentil’ soup and 2 toasted sandwiches.. I watched you unfreezing the soup from individual pots in a pan adding lots of excess water, which left very little taste and when given the feedback was not offered an apology or gesture in return. Possibly a bad day but unfortunately won’t be returning.

Excellent! Very cute comfortable Cafe. Good coffee made me feel so comfortable and at home. The staff were very friendly.

It's always lovely to be back here after a long saturday ride.Today, the staff included regulars Steve and Jill; bolstered by Sharon and Phil. The latter bringing their own fun mature attitude to the bothy, looking forward to seeing them here more often.Today, I had cappuccino with an extra shot, plus my favourite pancakes with cranberry sauce, camembert, and bacon. The only change I would make would be to have larger diameter pancakes and less height.What's your favourite combination?Highly recommended for good food service and local intrigue.Cycle parking available.Always a pleasure to return here.

I was passing and went in only for a coffee and a piece to take away. The lassie that served was very nice, the latte and piece were very good.

It is a totally charming little corner, good food nice coffee. Picture for sale at small prices.There is a little cafe dog called Muffin who is watching me.Really lovely place

Good wee caff. Three of a team were being kept busy. A shame about the bacon roll, doughy very soft roll and heavily salty bacon - cooked well I should add. A nice vibe but let down by ingredients.
