Great experience with John from Pro Fit. He was very polite, professional and did a brilliant job repairing and adjusting some existing windows and doors. All round brilliant service and I would highly recommend them.

Pro-fit Northern have now replaced nearly all my windows, from sashes to dormas, to small openers and fixed basement windows. The team have always been excellent, with Paul providing advice at the start of the process, then Mark surveying and ultimately really excellent fitting - thank you Josh and Jim most recently. Even my neighbours are delighted, both with the work on site and the finished product.If you are considering new windows I would recommend you give them a call!

Really good experience with this company who supplied and fitted high quality Origin bi-folds and sliders, together with a glass gable, to our specific requirements. Paul explained all the options in detail and signed us up, Simon made a couple of visits (and a fair few telephone calls/emails) to achieve the optimum, watertight threshold and the friendly installation team did an excellent job. One small quality issue was quickly addressed. Not an easy project but Pro-Fit rose to the challenge and delivered the right solution. Now we can enjoy lovely views and ease of access to our garden!

From our first visit to Pro-Fit Northern’s showroom in Leeds to look at their superb quality and well-designed bi-fold doors and windows, to their installation in our Victorian house in York, the whole process was highly professional and proficient.’Sales and their flexibility in working around delays with our building work, showed courtesy and consideration towards our situation as customers. Pro-fit Northern’s surveyor Mark came out to check measurements and confirm specifications, spotting and correcting an error in our structural engineer’s drawing of our proposed building work, that showed the bifold opening the wrong way! A very welcome correction.Frank and Alan were efficient and excellent installers.Overall, we very highly recommend Pro-Fit Northern.

The service from original contact, to measuring up and installation could not be bettered. The company supplied windows and external doors to the whole house and the attention to detail of the fitting was outstanding. We highly recommend them and wouldn’t use any other company.

Pro-Fit Northern have just completed our composite entrance door swap out, the whole process has been handled with consumate professionalism, from my intial contact with them thoughout the sales process, survey and the final installation which is very neat and tidy and very well finished off. the fitters are very nice lads, who kept asking our opinion at different stages, they cleaned up and removed any left over materials, for me one of the best local building/home improvement businesses i have dealt with to date. A+

Really pleased with the speed they got our Crittal-style patio doors installed before Christmas. We had a slight issue one evening with them recently, and they came out the next morning at 8am to resolve the problem. Excellent service. Definitely recommend them, and would happily use them again.

Had a fault with one of my bi fold doors locking mechanism, as a new parent can be quite distressing when thats a security item for your qife and child. Unfortunately, these things happen very rare as have others installed by them and they work a treat. Was under warranty. Called and had someone out within 24 hours to fix it.Two guys were very well informed and knew the product, immediately identified the issue and went to work and fixed it with 20 minutes.
