Great little car park a hidden one..... However huge problem with paying!! On Sun 8th the machine did not work nor was the payment number to ring being answered!! Website connection dismal queque of people infront in similar dilemma. All going to a concert. 20 mins it took to sort out payment.... Got to show by skin of teeth. Why in earth not put a QR code payment method as an additional choice to pay??? Please rethink. Thanks :)

Stay away from this car park. It’s pay and display but machines not working. The sign shows tariff up to 6pm and overnight but no info in between for the evening. We assumed it’s free for 1 hour as the app didn’t have the correct tariff either. Ended up getting a £60 fine!! Avoid these thieves!!

Nice little car park providing additional parking spaces in a busy city centre. Reasonably priced, especially if you only want to pay for an hour (£1.60)

Avoid this car park. First time we parked there and payment machine broken. The sign read tariff between 6.30am and 6.30pm so we assumed free as parked at 7.45pm. A week later we get a parking fine of £60 rising to £100 if not paid within 14 days. Appealed but they say they are right. Going to avoid leicester city centre from now on.

Was advised by who i thought were the parking attendants that i was ok parking in an exposed last space at back of the lot. We came back to a damaged front number plate and a scrawled apology note with an incomplete phone number! Once chatting to the gentleman there, they saw nothing, they said they have nothing to do with the car park. I tried to contact the car park owners through website, phone number & email with no success. I have parked here many times and these gentlemen are always hanging around, only park in allocated spaces and don’t ask anyone for advice there.

We parked here after 6.30 pm. Machine not working, covered with grey plastic. No signs to say where to pay. Assumed all ok to park there. No, got a £60 fine! Not good. Keep away from here.
