Earlier in 2023 I was suffering from various symptoms including feeling unfocused, anxiety about my future health, weight issues, joint pain and fluid retention. My overall aim was to improve my health and wellbeing in order to enter into later life in good health. I chose Dr (Ayu) Garima Pandey, Shri Asha. I was aware that Ayurveda incorporates mind, body and spirit therefore I felt that taking a different approach to my health may be the answer. I was not disappointed.I felt comfortable with Garima at my in-depth consultations as I was able to speak freely about myself. The agreed plan detailed what I’d need to do, how often, for how long and the cost. In a phased approach I was prescribed tailor-made therapies and dietary recommendations which addressed my symptoms.Garima explained the details each step of the way by providing tools and her expertise. I now feel healthier and energised. I am no longer anxious and my joint pain had disappeared as has my fluid retention. In addition I’ve achieved a good weight loss. I had Ayurveda detox program with Garima of Shri Asha Integrated Ayurveda Ltd.I am a finicky eater, with a long list of things that I don't eat. Garima was very understanding and tailored the program according to my needs. She answered all my queries patiently.The program is not necessarily a cake walk. Requires a bit of will power and discipline, but the benefits far outweigh the efforts.At the end of the program, I feel full of energy, my badminton performance is improved, eating habits are better, I am making informed choices. And the weight loss is an added bonus!I have no hesitation in recommending this program to anyone.

I found Garima when I was looking to resolve some chronic digestive issues particularly around anxiety and indigestion. We had an initial consultation on the phone which made me feel really heard and welcome. In my first in person consultation with Garima, I instantly felt that she was listening to me. After following Garimas Detox plan Nd taking the herbs changing my diet and really understanding my constitution I have truthfully resolved digestive problems I had for over 15 years. I had my byposs heart surgury back last year and it was very hard for me to recover from the operation. 10 months after the operation and I was physically and mentaly down, low energy with no power and plus depression. As I already taking 8 tablets a day for my heart looking for alternative help and support.
