went on a date here with my boyfriend , food was delicious and service was fantastic !my boyfriend got the panko breaded 'hey pesto' burger with the cajun fries and i got the chicken tenders as a main with cajun fries and garlic mayo. everything was decently priced and we had a great time here ! definitely returning and recommending to others :)

They sell big boxes rather than burgers. I found everyone working there very friendly. Great atmosphere, but you pay for the rent rather than burgers. Very small portions and nothing special, even burned.

Service was very slow despite only having a handful of tables to serve. Not much choice if you need gluten-free - no gf potatoes of any type, just salad. It's quite expensive for what you get, but the burgers are cooked to your liking, which is a positive.

Absolutely love this place. Sam my waiter and Radu the manager are always so helpful knowledgeable and friendly! The food is top class - never had a b burger quite so tasty!

Isit me or has GBK gone downhill?The staff were very nice but the burgers and portions have become soo small and the chicken in my burger was dry and burnt. Not much sauce added, was hard to eat. The prices are expensive too, you’re better off going down your local chicken shop.

Awesome burgers, always a great size and the topping choices and combos are unlimited. Katsu burger, Californian and Taxi Driver are some of my personal favourites.Pretty surprised they have closed so many branches, but they did remove their lunch menu when it was originally £6 for mini burger and drink.Whatever their issues, they are consistent with the burgers!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Accommodating for difficult orders. Lovely location and well maintained. Table service and app alternative. Slow service when busy (25 minutes after finishing before we could pay and leave).Good variety of options and generous portion sizes (except smallish hot chocolate).

Gourmet Burger Kitchen (GBK)
GBK used to be one of the best burger & milkshake places to come to. But since Covid prices have gone up and food quality & service has drastically dropped.On two occasions, purposely forgetting the last time as the staff apologised for the poor service due to being low staff levels, the milkshakes have gone from being made from ice cream to a milk & nesquick mix while costing much more.On both occasions the food took around half an hour to come out with my burger being seriously under cooked, almost raw. Watching them they seem to prioritise take ways over table seated folk.This time when I complained the staff brushed it off as I drank too much of the milky milkshake to get it done again.Certainly myself, friends and family won't be coming back again. It's pity as I used to enjoy coming here.

I chose the basic burger and feel I should have gone for a more substantial one as it was very basic. But tasted good and fresh. Staff were friendly and helpful. We would visit again.
