Absolutely disgraceful. Bought a used phone, told I had 2 months warranty and if I wasn't happy I could get a full refund. The phone has been terrible, sometimes it won't charge, difficult to turn on, battery runs out within a few hours . Tookthe phone back to the shop, they couldn't have cared less. They plugged it in, said its charging, but didn't check the battery or the phone itself. When I asked about a refund I was offered £70 which was an insult as I paid £200 5 weeks ago and haven't been able to use the phone. Avoid this shop if you want a fair deal and good customer service. I would give zero stars if the option was there. Disgusting

great service! had a cracked phone screen which was majorly glitching so took it in, just left it with them for about 45 mins and it was like brand new when i picked it up again - repair plus a new heavy duty screen protector cost £90 in total

The camera lens cover glass on my Samsung A21s needed replacing, which entailed the phone being opened up and put back together again. Phone Boss was friendly and professional, his workmanship meticulous, and the price very good. Five star experience all round, thanks!

Seemed very dodgy when I spoke to the staff member, did not know what a quote was when I asked for a quotation for fitting replacement parts. Wanted to snatch the phone from me to take a look rather than discuss my requirements. He had no idea what I was asking when I asked would the repair be warrantied. Would not trust this company to carry out repairs on an expensive smartphone. Would rather buy the opening tools from ifixit and do the work myself.

Got my phone screen fixed here but just end up breaking the entire thing a few weeks later. The screen doesn't work at all and can't see anything on the screen.They promised me a warranty of 2 years with free repairs at any time but when I went to try get it re-repaired, they said I didn't have a receipt and couldn't do it (even though they never gave me a receipt).

Went in for a battery replacement and screen repair.Was charged £90, not loads but not cheap either.The replacement battery worked for a month, then I started getting messages saying I needed urgent battery replacement. Now my phone battery barely lasts 3 hours. Not impressed. I didn’t pay £90 for an amateur fix.Screen replacement is fine. I did lose True Tone functionality though.Overall not great. Staff are friendly.

Really bad. I took my iPhone 13 in to the guy here, very ‘your best friend’ on this side of the sale. I said to him I don’t want the back changed unless it’ll be the same quality as Apple. He said it would be. It wasn’t :( it’s the blue iPhone 13 plus I have, the back has a weird oil style finish to it now, the apple symbol you can’t see in like how it is a mirror finish with apple. And it is weak, cracking quickly :( I phoned the head office and they said go into store and they should help.. they didn’t - In fact the same guy positively shouted towards me it was the same and was really unpleasant. Waste of £130. Oh and to make it worse it would only have been £100 with apple via my bank account insurance. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Was friendly enough but bought a adapter which he assured was good for my phone . Long story short got on plane and it wasn't. Took it back but without Box nonrefundable. Easier to get off amazon . At least they take returns . Not impressed

Took my iPhone 11 to have the back replaced. Terrible job. He had scratched around the camera lens and shortly after the glass back shattered again from a very innocuous knock. When I took it (somewhere else) to be repaired the guy just pulled pieces off the back off which hadn't been fixed properly. The metal plate protecting the charging pad was missing, there was damage (dents) to the inside and it was full of bits of glass. Avoid this awful business.

Phone screen replaced super quick and for a great price. The guy, I think his name was Shezy (sorry if that’s wrong) was so helpful and professional. I got a screen protector and new case for phone for a great price also. Highly recommend :) Really pleased. Will be back to get my laptop repaired soon
