Ordered from Paul at Fat Bobs and have to say what a lovely service I have received. Paul was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions, and he was nice enough to provide honest recommendations. Received the product I paid for. **Please be aware** - I did have a problem and delay with my delivery and this was through no fault of Paul or Fat Bobs as a company. All delivery companies and courier services aren’t as reliable at the moment with them coming out of covid. DHL provided me with the worst service I have ever had and fed me and fat bobs with countless lies. I would suggest fat bobs change courier services temporarily, until other services become more reliable. DHL lied and failed to meet my expectations and the expectations of fat bobs. So please don’t blame fat bobs as an airsoft business coming out of hard times and assume that it is their fault your parcel was delayed. I see such negative reviews and it’s painful to read them. So please cut them the slack they deserve, as I have nothing but praise for them helping me properly get into this wonderful sport airsoft. Thank you Paul and thank you fat bobs. The guys won't recognise this name but all my orders have been done under my real name Paul. I've purchased several items from Fatbobs now and even through the aggro of lockdown, the guys there have been brilliant Andy and Paul know their stuff and will do all they can to get your orders out quickly. Even when I changed my mind on a order they dealt with the exchange for me with no issues, which is not the case with all companies these days. Keep up the good work lads and thanks again.

I placed two separate orders (realized I needed a few extra bits) and paid the shipping twice on these orders. I called up FatBobs to ask if they would bundle my order together to save of shipping. They had already anticipated my request and begun refunding me to help me save money on shipping and within two minutes of hanging up the money was in my account. Made my day! Best customer service I have experienced this year!

Great service, Paul has been a big help. Despite the initial delivery received being the wrong gun, Paul got straight on it and resolve the issue, by doing a door step swap at no cost to myself, and threw in some BBs for good measure.They are a fountain of knowledge, and have gone above and beyond to try and source parts/guns form various suppliers.Great service, would recommend!

Ordered online and got mixed up with the type of batteries…? Rather than it being sent out wrong and for me then finding out, Paul phoned me to ask and the situation was resolved there and then! After a less than ideal experience with a Nuprol charger the guys sent me a much better replacement, free of charge, within a matter of days. You really can't fault that kind of excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

Fantastic customer service from start to finish.Purchased a gun over the weekend when the shop was shut so come Monday morning I was informed the gun had sold out over the weekend (nobody’s fault) Andy then gave me a list of other guns in the similar price range and similar models which I then picked and added a few bits and bobs onto the order which caused a back order. Paul was constantly in communication with me to inform me of when my items will arrive due to the back order. I purchased a WE EU17 gen 3 from the guys at fat bobs along with some other bits and pieces, all were at the best price I'd seen on the market. Delivery was delayed at no fault of fat bobs, who kept me updated throughout and couldn't help any more.Excellent products at great prices, great customer service. Will come back and visit the shop soon!
