I have bought timber from the Surbiton branch over the years and the service has always been first-class. I popped in recently for some moisture resistant MDF, to be cut to size for garage shelving. This was delivered next day and the dimensions (to the nearest mm.) were spot-on. The staff are always very helpful and informative.
